Your music ... my mood, the same.
While gazing out the window
at the trickling rain and
the gray of skies, o'erhead.
Where only moments ago ...
The sun shone through
The haze of an approaching mist.
Erefore the rain fell down
to quench a thirst upon the earth.
Where when it ended ...
There came into view,
Tiny green emergings of Spring.
The melancholy arrives,
and gives opening to ...
The heart of creation ~ where,
The newness of things
come into play.

What beautifull images and moods you create with your inspired words, dear Maricet. As I played this for Helle (my wife) today after recording it I asked her if she thought the mood was too sad to be relevant for anybody else and she said "No, it will fit somebodys need if they are in the right mood". And now, off course, I realize it is not really sad at all but melancholic, like your wise words describe. And melancholy is often pathway to creation. Thank you for making me wiser on the music - allways an inspiration and a joy to share with you, my dear, dear Maricet xxx
ReplyDeleteMy Dear Nicky,
ReplyDeleteHow my heart is honoured that you have been moved and have shared your words, so tenderly of your heart, with me. I am, as your Helle, most moved by the vibration of creation in song as it moves through you and into the spaces of our world. A kingdom of creation born of a mood arriving upon the waves of the vibration of sound. Your reception and conveyance of this vibration is a gift to us all. I am most blessed to have received more than music alone from this gift you bring. that I may share this here. Thank you for the inspiration you bring to me my so dear and gifted Nicky. xxx
