Adrift with "Midnight Drift"

Oh gentle light of night's embrace, an amber glow warms the day's memories & soothes all stress away. The din of day collects itself within bubbles of silence, held until the morrow. Slowly, one by one, people of Gaia draw down their shades, their weary bodies, down to lay.

The lights grow dim beneath the coverlet of dreams. An ebon sky opes starry eyes, gazing down upon the world. A billion flickering candles glow, bearing the wishes of people below. Each one pursues a promise of old, amidst the stars of night. Each wish seeking to unfold and find a place to alight and grow.
