REFLECTIONS OF GRATITUDE

 ... upon an ocean breeze

..

    One soul. 

       One moment of a day.
        One sentence of loving gratitude,
        sent me off on an ocean breeze,
        reflecting.
        
         I wish to thank you for your generous gifts.
        So many times you have shared with me
        the beauty of your gentle hearts and thoughts
        to smooth rough edges
        and sweetened to softness,
        my days.
       
        I thank You very much for your Love shared,
        which washes over me.



       
        Like the waves that wash upon the shore
        to soften the rough edges of molten rock
        to create soft sands upon our walks.
       
        So does Love, wash upon our lives
        softening the edges and all strife
        creating a path to forever, beneath our feet.
       
        May the Love that binds us all as One
        bring us to our knees in joyful glee
        to bow beneath the warmth of the sun
       
        To touch the earth and feel the sea.
